Refund policy

  1. Refund Period and Conditions Buyers may request a refund within 30 days of product receipt. The product must be in unused condition, and the original packaging must be intact.
  2. Return Shipping Costs: In the case of product defects, damages, or misshipments, the seller will bear the return shipping costs. If the return is due to buyer's change of mind, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable duties.
  3. Refund Procedure Buyers must contact the seller to initiate the refund process. The seller must commence the refund procedure immediately or within an agreed-upon period. Once the product is returned to the seller and its condition is verified, the refund will be processed.
  4. Refund Method Refunds will be issued to the payment method used by the customer (PayPal, credit card, international wire transfer).
  5. Shipping Duration Shipping durations may vary depending on the destination country and specific location. International standard shipping services (FEDEX, UPS, DHL) will be utilized, with an estimated delivery period averaging 7-21 business days. Unexpected delays may occur during international transit due to customs and other factors. Weekends and holidays are not included in the shipping duration.
